Good for the bride who does a lot of the planning work herself but wants the professional opinion of a wedding planner to troubleshoot any possible mishaps with the plans.



Vendor Referrals

After an in-depth interview with the bride we will provide a list of vendors that fit with the style, budget, and service of the wedding. Because of our interactions with the areas wedding vendors, we will offer our expertise at building a team of professional wedding experts for you. No two teams are the same, just like no two brides are the same.


Attendance of Vendor Meetings

A very popular service, we accompany the bride on her meetings with her vendors. This could be the initial meeting (where we ask the questions you need to know the answers to), follow up meetings, or final meeting (where the final details are spelled out and addressed).


Creation of Personalized Wedding Budget

A comprehensive interview with the bride and the decision-makers of the wedding. After this meeting a personalized budget will be created for you based on your preferences. You can then use this budget when hiring your vendors. Ongoing budget management is a great add on to this service.

Wedding Design

The specialty of Creative Occasion Event Planners, transforming a space and creating an environment that sets the tone for your celebration. This can be broken down into several areas: ceremony only, reception only, or overall wedding style. You will walk away knowing that your wedding will have unique touches that were specially designed with your personal style in mind.


Rehearsal, Wedding and Reception Direction

Onsite direction services to ensure correct ceremony processional and recessional. Oversee "day of" timeline and deliveries. See below for a detailed explanation of our Direction Services.

Personalized Wedding Checklist and Timeline

Checklists for all parties involved; bride, groom, parents, and attendants. This is a detailed list that pertains to you and your wedding. Not like anything you see in a magazine.


Gown Selection, Shopping, and Handling

A personal wedding day shopper goes with you on your journey. We will give you tips and suggestions on how to pick the perfect wedding attire to fit your style and your budget. We can also arrange for your dress to be steamed and delivered to the ceremony site. Newsletters can be sent to your attendants' regarding their attire. We will even return your attendants tuxedos after the wedding.


Reception Management

From logistics of the vendors (including communicating details, directions, and timelines) to table settings, place cards, table diagrams, food service, entertainment coordination, floral and cake details.


Out of Town Guests

We will handle booking the accommodations for your out of town guests, transportation, activities, and if you desire to create them, welcome baskets. Accommodation cards can be created for your guests letting them know the who, what, when, and where of your wedding day.


Destination Wedding

Need help with coordinating the details from across the country?  Our planners will even find your destination wedding vendors for you.

Invitations and Other Paper Items

This service includes assistance with wording invitations, assembly, addressing, program design and assembly. We offer our brides a wide selection of invitations.
 

Packages

Dav of Services - Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception Services

Creative Occasions Events Planners offers two "Day of" options. You may purchase either of these and add any of the above to it, for a combined savings.


Going to the Chapel Services


The benefit of the extra services listed with this package is to work on your behalf to ensure accuracy with the details you have planned for your wedding day. Without this extra knowledge from you then we are simply directing the activities. Your coordinator would not be as well informed of your plans.

This package includes up to 15 hours of consulting and coordination of wedding day activities. A meeting is scheduled to obtain all vendor contracts and discuss your expectations for the wedding day. Review of the contracts and advise you on any potential problems. The details from this meeting will be cross-checked with the vendors. Onsite visit to address any questions or concerns with layout or logistics. A coordinator will be onsite for the rehearsal and ceremony. A Processional/Recessional schedule will be provided for you. The coordinator will act as the liaison between you and the wedding vendors to insure accurate delivery of services. Conduct a pre-wedding site check. Assist in pinning of the flowers for the bridal party and family. Check program placement, guestbook, lighting, etc. Bring emergency bag for any last minute mishaps. Line up bridal party for the processional and assist with the recessional. Coordinate with the photographer for the pre/post ceremony pictures. Arrange for the gifts to be placed in a predetermined car trunk for safekeeping. Arrange for guest book to be transported to reception. A coordinator will be onsite to assist the Bride and Groom with lining up the appropriate guest for special pictures. Coordinate with the caterer to insure accuracy with the menu and serving times. Arrange leftovers per orders from the family and approval of the caterer. Coordinate the Bride's table; guest book, gift table, throwing of bouquet and garter. Coordinate music schedule, entrance of the Bridal couple and other special music for special dancing. Direct the toasting ceremony for the Bridal couple, the cake cutting ceremony, and the grand exit. Assistance with distributing the rice/birdseed/petals.

You will receive 1 1/2 hours for the rehearsal, 2 hours for the ceremony, and 4 hours for the reception.
